TOURISM AWARDS 2019
Silver for METAXA & The Clumsies at the Greek Tourism Awards 2019
International spirits brand METAXA and top Athenian bar The Clumsies took home a silver award at the Greek Tourism Awards 2019 for their collaborative project ‘METAXA & The Clumsies Explore Greece’. The award was bestowed in the category ‘Storytelling Experience’ in the ‘People & Branding’ section of the awards.
In July 2018, METAXA and The Clumsies joined forces, inviting chosen journalists, customers and private clients to accompany them on METAXA & The Clumsies Explore Greece -a journey through the senses- celebrating the premium spirit brand’s 130 years of creation.
Travelworks & THE EVENT CO were selected by the House of Metaxa to choreograph hospitality and event planning of the Explore Greece project.
Both teams were monitoring the full roll out of the 7 day project, to create one of Greece’s biggest international PR events of 2018.
